Adding a piece to your basket doesn't reserve it, and nothing is held for you until your payment goes through. A piece stays available to everyone until someone actually completes their order. So if you're eyeing something, it's worth checking out sooner rather than later.
Yes, we do, custom orders are handled individually. We create pieces for cafés, restaurants, companies, and similar projects, as well as smaller custom requests. Availability and timelines depend on our current studio capacity and workload. If you’re interested, email us at info@tochoceramics.com and we’ll be happy to discuss possibilities, timelines, and details.
Yes, our products are suitable for both dishwashers and microwave ovens (except Šajny Šajn collection). When using a dishwasher, we recommend placing items so they don’t rub against each other, frequent washing and abrasion may affect the glaze over time. If you want your ceramics to stay beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing. When using a microwave, the piece may heat up, always check its temperature to avoid burns.
Contact us as soon as possible. Ideally, include photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. Each claim is handled individually.

Ceramics are handmade - photos, stated volume, and dimensions are for reference only. Minor variations in shape, form, and glaze are to be expected. Small imperfections, tool marks, or glaze differences are part of the character of handmade ceramics. No two pieces are ever exactly the same - and that’s where their charm lies.
