Yes, we offer gift cards for all our available courses, for any one-time visits/entries, workshop activities, or a combination of these. If you'd like to combine something that's not currently in our offer, feel free to write to us and we'll figure out the best option together. You can also purchase a gift card for a chosen amount, to be used for buying ceramics or for workshop activities. Gift cards can be purchased directly through our booking system in the "Shop" section (online version), or in our e-shop (printed version).
The studio is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, by reservation only.
Use the reservation system to select the activity and time you want to attend.If it’s your first visit, we recommend coming when a stuff member is present, when an instructor can explain how the studio works and help guide you. Before your visit, please read the Studio Information and Studio Rules. Before your reserved time, you’ll receive an email with a unique access code to the studio door. Enter the code on site, the door will unlock and then you’re free to create.
Not during regular visits. The studio operates as a self-service space. However, you can book a 15-minute intro session with an instructor 15 minutes before your class. During that time, an instructor will be present in the studio to guide you.
Our open studio is designed for visitors aged over 14. However, we also offer selected courses and workshops specially created for children under 14, where they can explore ceramics in a guided setting.
Please collect finished pieces within 14 days of notification. Uncollected items may be disposed of or donated after a reminder. If you are unable to collect your pieces by the scheduled date, please let us know by email at info@tochoceramics.com.
Through the reservation system, where you book a specific time and activity. After booking, you’ll receive a unique access code, which you enter on the keypad at the studio entrance. The door will unlock automatically. The code is valid for the duration of your visit.
You’ll find us at Římská 23, Vinohrady – Prague: Náměstí Míru: Metro A + trams, I.P. Pavlova/ Muzeum: Metro C + trams, Římska stop: Bus 135. No matter where you’re coming from, you’ll be here in just a few minutes.
If you are a complete beginner, we recommend attending one of our workshops. The studio itself is self-service and is intended for people who already know what they’re doing.
Yes. The studio can be rented for private events such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, teambuildings, or smaller creative events. Each request is handled individually based on availability and the nature of the event. If you’re interested, email us at info@tochoceramics.com and we’ll discuss the options.
Studio capacity is limited and every visitor must be registered.

Adding a piece to your basket doesn't reserve it, and nothing is held for you until your payment goes through. A piece stays available to everyone until someone actually completes their order. So if you're eyeing something, it's worth checking out sooner rather than later.
Yes, we do, custom orders are handled individually. We create pieces for cafés, restaurants, companies, and similar projects, as well as smaller custom requests. Availability and timelines depend on our current studio capacity and workload. Yes, our products are suitable for both dishwashers and microwave ovens (except Šajny Šajn collection). When using a dishwasher, we recommend placing items so they don’t rub against each other, frequent washing and abrasion may affect the glaze over time. If you want your ceramics to stay beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing. When using a microwave, the piece may heat up, always check its temperature to avoid burns.
Contact us as soon as possible. Ideally, include photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. Each claim is handled individually.
Yes, you can - provided the product meets the conditions for withdrawal from the contract. You have 14 days from receiving the product to return it without giving any reason. On our website you'll find a Return Form, which you can fill out and send back together with the returned product. You're also welcome to send us the form by email. If you're not sure how to proceed, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Unless stated otherwise, orders are shipped within a few business days. Custom-made orders are arranged individually.
Only in exceptional cases and by email arrangement. The studio is not a shop but a working ceramic studio, so personal pickup is possible only on an individual basis and after confirmation from us.
Ceramics are handmade - photos, stated volume, and dimensions are for reference only. Minor variations in shape, form, and glaze are to be expected. Small imperfections, tool marks, or glaze differences are part of the character of handmade ceramics. No two pieces are ever exactly the same - and that’s where their charm lies.
Discount codes can be applied either when viewing your cart or during checkout in the “Add gift card / promo code” field. Please be aware that some products are not eligible for discounts.
All our shipments are sent via Zásilkovna. You can choose between: Delivery to your address: 129 CZK. Delivery to a Zásilkovna pick-up point or Z-BOX: 99 CZK. We offer free shipping on orders over 3 000 CZK.
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You must inform us of your decision to return the product and send it back to us within this time frame. Once we receive the product, we will refund the payment within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
We accept secure online payments by card, as well as Apple Pay for a faster checkout experience on compatible devices. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
